Story of my delivery.... nothing ever small happens in this family. After Mum going into hospital on Sunday only to come home and deal with labour pains until early Monday morning, when she decided enough was enough and headed back to hospital. Drama was sure to follow!!! Labour progressed slowly and painfully until pain relief was given.... There were some small problems there but once all was sorted it was time to get me out, only problem was I was facing the WRONG way. The obstetrician had to deliver me with some help at 4.30 am.. I am a decent size at 4.2kg (9 pound 5 ounzes), 51.5cm and my head, not quite as big as Daniel's but big enough at 37.5cm. Finally I have arrived... all is healthy and I am doing my best not to let mum sleep. |
