About me:
My name is Anna María and I have a twin brother Steini. We were born premature 11 weeks. We had to stay in Intensive care unit our first weeks of live. I was 1320 gr and 40 cm when I was born. My mother name is Kolbrún and she is an accountant and a beauty technician. My father name is Steingrímur and he is a state authorized accountant. We have a sister she is almost 20 years old and a brother 16 years old. We live in Reykjavik Iceland.When my babies were at the hospital and born so sick and we were giving no hope at all they would survive this I so much needed to see photo of babies born as small as they that did survive. So I wanted to share with other people our Miracle stories. Our twins were born 11 weeks too early since I had an Incompetent Cervix problem. I had been hospitalized for some weeks before they were born and had to be in bed almost all my pregnancy. 2 days before there birth my water broke it was such a difficult day. The doctors tried all they could to stop my labor but 2 days after my water broke I got an infection and was put in to labour.My twins came in to the world after 13 hours of labor. The first days were so difficult and so many thinks came up but they were fighting so hard. They did not have so many bad days and all went the right way for them. Of course they lost a lot of there weight and they weighted only 900 gr. We are so lucky and happy to have both of them with us
